I'm intermediate, not a beginner. Is this too basic?

No. Intermediate players are exactly who this was built for. It goes past chord shapes into the layer most lessons never touch: picking mechanics and economy of motion, phrasing that sounds like you, amp-sim signal chains, EQ and compression that actually shape tone, and how to record, mix, and finish a track so it sounds professional out of your bedroom.
